I am pleased to introduce HCL Training and Staffing Services, an in-house training and staffing arm of HCL Corporation and HCL Technologies. HCL TSS aims to enable fresh graduates and engineers to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique business model.
HCL LEAP PROGRAM
HCL LEAP is a 6 month, full time, residential training program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in SAP, Business Analytical Skills, Application Support and Maintenance, Testing and Networking and Infrastructure Management. In the past 2 years, over 1400 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.
HCL LEAP consists of a 3 month on-campus class room training and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon).
Job Description :
# Designation: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee.
# Stipend: INR 5000 per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)
# Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and NCR
# Salary: Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs per annum; to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation
Certifications during the Training Period (Industry Recognized Certifications) :
# SAP ABAP and BASIS
# SQLMCTS
# Networking CCNA
# Windows MCSA
# Testing ISTQB
# Linux RHCSA
# Software Applications ITIL 2011
Eligibility :
# BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE), M.Tech, MCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in degree or equivalent.
# B.Sc (IT/ CS/ Physics) and BCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in graduation
# Batch Passout: 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015

# Initial fee for Seat reservation 45,600/-* Within 7 days from the day of receiving the offer
# Registration fee 68,400/-* On start of batch

# Total Payable by you 171,000/-*
# Includes Program fee of Rs. 150,000/- and Service tax of Rs. 21,000/- (@ 14.00%)
