# The candidates who clear our Assessments will be provided with an offer anywhere between 2.5 to 3.25 Lac CTC based on their performance.
# They will go through a 3 month Competency Development Program.
# The Competency Development Program is a Client sponsored training program which is worth Rs.75,000 /-, this will be executed by our training partner Global Edify.
Date of Joining : 7th December 2015
Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# CS, IT, EntC, MCA
# X,XII/Dipl 60% and Engg Aggr: 58%
# 2014 and 2015 Batch

Selection Process :
1) Round 1: Aptitude and Code Analysis
- Eligibility for Round 2 : (Aptitude Cut off Percentage 70 and Above, Code analysis 50% and Above)
2) Round 2: Coding round (The candidates can Select any Programming language of their choice to write Code.)
3) Round 3: Communication and HR Round.
Note:
# All the aspiring candidates should come fully prepared for the Assessment.
# They will be testing them on their Aptitude, Analytical Skills, Logical Skills, Debugging Skills, Code Analysis and their ability to write Optimized Code.
