I am pleased to introduce HCL Training and Staffing Services, an in-house training and staffing arm of HCL Corporation and HCL Technologies. HCL TSS aims to enable fresh graduates and engineers to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique business model. Towards this objective, we wish to recruit students for the 'HCL LEAP Program' at HCL TSS.
Towards this we wish to hire 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Passing B.Tech, BCA and MCA Students who have a 55% and above throughout career. (Eligibility given in detail below)
HCL LEAP PROGRAM
HCL LEAP Program is a 6 month, full time, residential training program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in Application Support and Maintenance, Testing and Networking and Infrastructure Management. In the past 2 years, over 1200 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.
HCL LEAP Program consists of a 3 month on-campus class room training and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon).
Job Position : Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee
Job Designation : Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee and Associate Graduate Trainee

Walk-In Location : Manesar, NCR
Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / NCR
Stipend : INR 5000 Per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)
Compensation : Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs Per Annum; to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation
Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# BE/B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE), M.Tech, MCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in Degree or Equivalent
# B.Sc (IT/CS/Physics) and BCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in Graduation
Desired Experience : 0 to 1 Years
