Compensation : Monthly Stipend during Probation: Rs. 15000 per month for 6 months and based on your performance the salary would be revised.

Role :
1. Provide technical support to QAD products
2. Provide 24*7 support to customers (should be ready to work in shifts including the night shift)
3. Initial class room training and on job training will be provided on QAD processes and products
4. Will work on both Cloud and On Premise product support
5. Work on assigned technical support incidents related to core products except system down and Critical issues for the first 6 months and later on assigned system down and critical issues too under the supervision of a senior resource
6. Alert monitoring, maintenance activity, documentation of Root Cause Analysis and procedures

Basic Requirements :
# IT background (BE, B.Sc IT, M.Sc, BCA, MCA) or Non IT background with GNIIT, ANIIT certification.
# Cleared your graduation in the first attempt
# Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and RDBMS is mandatory
# Functional and general concept of Supply chain and / or ERP is good to have
# Certification in either OCP, Red Hat, Solaris, any other operating system or RDBMS administration is good to have (specific to only the Cloud Operations Technical Team)
# Should be ready to work in shifts
# Good spoken and written English skills
# Willing to learn Progress language and QAD products.
Screening Levels :
1. Tests: Online Technical test, Online Assessment (English language, Analytical and Logical Skills)
2. Technical interview (Personal at QAD premise)
3. HR interview (Personal at QAD premise)
4. Final interview (Personal at QAD premise)
