Job Description :
1. Should be able to receive inbound requests through channels like phone or Web and log the incident.
2. Candidate should possess customer centric approach / attitude.
3. To understand and elicit customer's issues / concern quickly and help customers in resolving issues by imparting correct information.
4. Liable to provide best standards of services and ensure the customer should retain and satisfied with the product.
5. The candidate will be required to collaborate with any other support or dependency groups in case the request or incident need has a linkage to other support departments.
6. Responsible for handling escalations and complex issues.
Troubleshooting and management of support incidents.
7. Should be a team player.
8. Coaching and guiding junior members of the support team.
9. Candidates should be able to speak fluently in English and any South India language ( Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam).
