Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# PGs/UGs (in CS, IT, Basic Sciences, etc.)
# UG: B.Sc/BCA/B.Com - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical
# PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, M.Sc - Any Specialization, Computers, MCA Computers
Desired Experience : 0-1 Years (Freshers are Welcome)

Requirement :
# Freshers/or Minimum 1 Year experience in customer servicing (non-voice), data application processing in a financial back-end operations/or customer care environment
# Experience working in a team environment, managing a diverse workload will be an added advantage
# Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate (in IT, CS or basic sciences) but NOT BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech.
# Must be comfortable to work in MS office Excel
# Basic knowledge in any programing language and Database will be an added advantage.
# Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities :
# Be responsible to process applications without any delay, ownership and willingness to resolve issues in a timely manner.
# Be responsible to deliver a high quality, customer driven.
# Ability to assess customers financial situation at different stages during the documentation process.
# Can interact efficiently with the personnel, tools and resources in the customer service team to help resolve customer issues. (Escalation points, internal applications etc.)
# Handle the process in the required target turnaround time
Selection Process :
# The initial screening (tests) will be as follows:
# Aptitude test (in Maths, Logic and English)
# Those who are shortlisted will be called on another day for logical and technical interviews, covering OOPS concepts, SQL, Logical thinking and on any basic computer language.
# Please note that, this position requires working in shift hours on rotation, including night shifts.
# Starting CTC will be INR 4 Lakhs; Career growth opportunities from this profile, include Data Analyst, Reports Analyst, Development and analysis, in future
