# 1.6L Fixed Plus + Monthly Incentives (1K-4K) + Genpact Fixed Annual Performance Bonus
Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# BA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc Only (2015 and Before Only)

# Good communication skills MANDATORY
# Ok to work in night shift (need to travel in evening by themselves will be given home drop by Genpact cabs / charged facility of INR 750 per month)
# Qualification: BA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc. only (2015 and Before Only)
# Knowledge of basic computer skills required (MS Office, email writing)
# Role around Logistics and sourcing where in person will be talking to US based client and customers
# All candidates will have mandatory voice test. Checking English fluency, comprehension, ability to articulate discussion etc.
# Good positive attitude and learning mind set required
