# Graduation Must (Any UG / PG)
# RedHat - RHCSA, RHCE, RHSA Certified or Course Completion or Work Experience
Desired Experience : 0 to 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
# Enthusiastic, Motivated and pro-active individuals to our Network Operations Team
# Shift work on 24x7 roster basis
# Pro-active monitoring of the customers infrastructure
# Taken ownership of tickets created within the stipulated SL
# Follow up on tickets with the internal IT Team for resolution
# Interact with customers on a daily basis via Phone, Email and Chat
# Excellent comprehension skill and Interpersonal skills
Requirements :
# Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
# Basic understanding on Infrastructure Monitoring tools - Added advantage
# Linux CLI skills ( Client and Server OS)
# Understanding on Windows OS ( Client and Server OS )
# Understanding on Networking concepts
# Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment
