Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# Stream Required: B.Tech(CSE/IT/ECE/EE/ME/CIVIL)/ MCA/BCA/B.Sc(CS/IT)
# 60% Marks in 10th and 12th
# Batch: 2016/2015/2014/2013
Role :
# Technical engineer employee, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you’ll be the first person employees will come to.
# Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face
Expectations :
1. Neutral pronunciation
2. No or Negligible FLI/MTI
3. Fluent in English communication
4. Structured thought process and sentence construction capabilities should be excellent
5. No or minimum grammatical mistakes during communication.
6. No or minimum Foghorns (Foghorns are various sound gaps between word and in between sentences).
7. Excellent Vocabulary
8. Basic knowledge of Networking.
Any Bond or Fee :
1. Free Induction Training of 45 days will be provided to you on following: Basic knowledge of Mainframe, Networking (N+), CCNA, ITIL complete process, Linux and Unix Complete, Windows 10 server complete, MSO, MS-Outlook configuration, Working knowledge of Lotus Domino Servers and Blackberry servers
2. Twice evaluation/test shall be conducted during training; candidates need to clear the evaluation as per our partners HCL Technologies parameters to finally join/on-board the organization.
3. There will be a Service Agreement of 18 months once you are confirmed on roll.
