# Note: It is NOT a bond and candidates DO NOT have to pay money when they leave in between the commitment period. Rather, it is a written commitment that will be mentioned in the offer letter. If they leave in between, they will be not be eligible for the experience certificate worked for a particular duration. These two HR terms are required to manage attrition because they will be working on enterprise customer projects [Fortune 100 US based Companies] and we do not want to lose candidates during the middle of the customer project.
# Flexibility to work in shifts based on the customers/project requirements.
# We have three shifts: a) 9 AM - 6 PM, B) 2 PM - 11 PM and c) 10 PM - 6 AM Shift (Only for those in Customer Support).
