Job Description (Data Entry Operator) :
# As a DEO, you will be responsible for providing accurate data entry. These operators take written information from forms, applications or company files and enter the information into computer system. Though the basic nature of this job is to enter and store data in the relevant database; the kind of data that one would need to work with, may vary. the operator is required to enter information which is alphabetic and numeric in nature. Therefore, it is important for the applicant to have necessary skills to handle the nature of data efficiently so that the interpretation, analysis, and entry could be done effectively.
Responsibilities :
# Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
# Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
# Apply data program techniques and procedures
# Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
# Keep information confidential
# Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
# Completion of the required task within the desired deadline.
